About
Bridging the diaspora and the continent — through transparency.
Oyeba was born of a simple observation: the diaspora sends love, money and energy back home. But in between, there's often a fog. We want to clear it.
Our mission
Give the diaspora a clear space to coordinate projects — so trust no longer depends on a phone, but on a visible, shared, traceable reality.
Our story
Oyeba was born in the diaspora, by the diaspora. Tired of wiring money to a cousin and hearing "all good" for months, the founder built what he would have wanted to use: a shared space where every milestone becomes visible, every proof readable, every conversation in its right place.
Our values
Transparency
Everyone sees the same thing. No grey zones, no parallel versions.
Trust
Trust is earned through action: dated proofs, immutable history, clear roles.
Accessibility
Mobile-first. Low bandwidth. Low-end Android. Multilingual. Affordable. Non-negotiable.
Digital sovereignty
Data hosted in Europe today. African datacenters in study for tomorrow. Your info stays yours.
Why now
This money deserves better than a blurry WhatsApp. Oyeba arrives at the right time: 4G is everywhere, smartphones too, and trust must be earned.
